Well didn't I think all my Christmases had come at once when my friend told me about this place?! Wafu located at 460 Cleveland St in Surry Hills is a sushi roll away from heaven! This authentic Japanese cuisine uses organic poultry and meat, is all gluten, wheat AND dairy free and uses unrefined sugars! No more yucky Teriyaki sauces with brown sugar and cheap soy sauce! I will be making several appearances at this place in the coming weeks!
